Install Ultimate without Media Center
No anti-virus whatsoever, I install it periodically, scan and uninstall. The only thing that could be reading files continuously at this point would be Vista's Indexing .... Now it appears that with Vista Ultimate, Windows Media Connect no longer works and I'm forced to use Windows Media Center via extenders.
